Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Survey
One of the main objectives of the newly-formed Human Resources Committee is to conduct an updated compensation and benefits survey.  Western Management Group was chosen this summer by the Human Resources Steering Group, based on a recommendation by Ken Pritchard (MWAA), chair of the Compensation & Benefits Working Group, to conduct this multi-year survey.  An overview of the survey will be presented to Committee members on Sunday, September 21st in Boston.  That presentation will include information on the job titles included in the survey, the data elements being collected, how airport members can become involved (initially only U.S. airports will be surveyed), and show how selected reports of the survey can be downloaded by ACI members via the ACI-NA website.

Leadership Development/Succession Planning Working Group
The Human Resources Working Group reviewed dedicated to leadership development and succession planning at the Committee’s Spring conference.  They are currently developing a list of airports whom have such plans in place and will create a survey form to send to ACI-NA airport members in order to find out processes currently in place regarding practical solutions in this critical aspect of human resources management.
