Biography

Raechel Rucker joined ACI-NA in March 2016 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Communications and Community Affairs. Her responsibilities include managing ACI-NA’s publications, serving as the primary staff liaison for ACI-NA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Group and the Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Committee. In addition, Raechel is the lead program planner for ACI-NA’s communications and customer experience-focused conferences.

Prior to joining ACI-NA, Raechel served as a communications intern for the Message and Intel department at the National Education Association.

Raechel is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Arts.
