This event is held concurrently with the Public Safety and Security Spring Conference, where airport operations and maintenance professionals gather to review the upcoming FAA Safety Management System, aircraft rescue and firefighting rulemaking efforts.


Airport Tour - Thursday, March 7 at 1:00 pm

To attend a tour of Tampa International Airport, including the $26.6 million expansion project to upgrade Airside F to accommodate more international flights.

The group block and the hotel are sold out  over our conference dates.  A overflow block has been secured at the Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Downtown which is located 5 blocks from the Renaissance Vinoy.  A shuttle to/from the Renaissance Vinoy will run once in the morning and afternoon March 4-7.  For reservations, please call toll free 1-888-236-2427 within the U.S and Canada and request the Airports Council International-North America group rate of $189 plus taxes.  Rooms will be available until Tuesday, February 19th or until sold out.

Please note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to meeting@aci-na.org. Cancellation requests received by February 8, 2013 are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Substitutions will be honored at any time and all no-shows will be billed.
