Overview

With so many parts in play at an airport, managing risk is a complex priority. Join airport risk managers, consultants and other airport colleagues to learn more about Enterprise Risk Management and Safety Management System, and ways to mitigate Construction Risk, Cyber Risk and Reputational Risk.

Before the conference, ACI-NA will host a SMS/ERM Workshop on Wednesday, January 11. The workshop will provide attendees with an opportunity to participate in an interactive session that combines two programs that have become more common across airports. Participants will be able to assess the state of their organization’s programs and take back tools to improve their systems.
