ASQ: Indy has Best Customer Service in 2012

In the 2012 Airport Service Quality Awards released today by ACI World, Indianapolis International Airport was ranked at the best airport in the North American region. Victoria was rated in the survey as best small airport in North America and Winnipeg was ranked as the most improved North American Airport. Other ACI-NA airports ranked in the survey are Ottawa, Tampa, Sacramento, and Jacksonville. Press Release.
